Since 1984, P&J Ellis Ltd have been operating and growing as a family run business, delivering a bespoke coach hire service that we take great pride in. At P&J Ellis Ltd the very highest standards are our priority and we have built an industry and client reputation based on professionalism, quality of service and an impeccable fleet, expertly maintained and with experienced, professional and customer friendly colleagues. We strive to maintain and build on this reputation and provide services for a broad range of clients ranging from incoming and domestic tourist groups, schools, universities, sports/social clubs, business and corporate work as well as for private individuals for group excursions or every kind. 
 

Operating from our base in West London, our services range from transport hub and leisure venue transfers, excursions, sightseeing, UK and continental European tours. All of our colleagues are highly trained and experienced and all services are provided with the same high degree of professional, diligence and customer care. Our drivers are appropriately DBS vetted and receive on going training for their continuing professional competence. Our maintenance & support teams include highly trained and experienced engineers so our coaches are expertly maintained and impeccably presented at all times. Coach travel is one of the most environmentally friendly forms of public transport and we are able to ensure a minimum carbon foot print by use of a range of technology for tracking purposes and to maximise fuel consumption in the most efficient manner. Our fleet is upgraded annually to ensure that no vehicle is more than 4 years old and all coaches are Euro6 compliant with front facing seatbelts fitted.

Our office team are also highly experienced in the tourist industry and we provide our wide range of clients with the best possible advice and guidance when booking services. Cleaning protocols, are reviewed and updated regularly. We undertake regular risk assessments for our passengers and colleagues to ensure the comfort and safety of clients and colleagues and reassurance for all of our clients for the best possible coach service.
